Accidents with your medication can happen, no matter how careful you are. If you damage your ORENCIA® (abatacept) syringe, we can assist you with getting a replacement.
Just call your personal ORENCIA Care Counselor at 1-800-ORENCIA to get the replacement process started. Even if you're away from home and need a replacement, you can rest easy knowing that we are still there to help you.
If you think you received a damaged syringe, or if the solution is cloudy, discolored, or has lumps or particles, call your ORENCIA Care Counselor at 1-800-ORENCIA. It's important not to give yourself your medication if you think it may be unsafe to use.

- There is a lifetime limit of 2 replacements per patient if the damage is caused by the patient.
- Confirmation of an active prescription for ORENCIA by your doctor is required prior to shipment.
- Due to international shipping limitations, drug replacement is limited to shipments in the continental United States.
